Located uphill, Fresh at Carmichael combines big flavors and a restaurant quality culinary experience that also happens to be free from gluten, peanuts, and tree nuts. Fresh at Carmichael’s exciting menus showcase diverse global flavors, merging Italian, Asian, African, American Southwestern, American Southern, and Latin American cuisines. Fresh at Carmichael features menu choices that are inspired by rich flavors, a commitment to true inclusion, and using sustainably sourced, local ingredients.

DEWICK-MACPHIE DINING CENTER

Our downhill dining center, Dewick-MacPhie, serves a wide variety of fresh, delicious food made from scratch and offers multiple food stations. Stations are marketplace style, with cheerful staff, and something for everyone –including a vast salad bar, a char broiler with freshly grilled meats, house made soups, handmade pizzas, a variety of pastas, house made desserts and soft-serve ice cream. Additionally, the ALL9FREE platform features foods free from the top nine allergens, and the Beans, Greens, and Grains platform offers food that is both kosher and vegan.

Tufts Catering serves the Tufts community on the Medford/Somerville campus. Faculty and staff are our most frequent customers but alumni, student organizations, parents and other friends of the University may also take advantage of our catering services for events on campus.

We provide catering services for a wide variety of events—from small to large, casual to elegant, for business or pleasure.
