We offer double rooms which consist of two twin XL beds, two desks and chairs, two bureaus and two closets. Bed linen, a blanket, and towel are included.

Guests will receive their room keys at the Front Desk of Harleston HALL: 30 Lower Campus Rd., Medford MA, 02155. and may check in anytime past noon, on May 14th.
Bed linen, a blanket, and a small bath towel will be provided.
Check-Out
Please return all room keys you have received to the Front Desk of Harleston Hall, before departing.
The Conference and Event Services Front Desk is located in Harleston Hall and will open at 2:00 pm, on Thursday, May 14th. Our desk will remain open; 24 hours, until noon, on Monday, May 18th.
Cancellations must be made in writing. Guests who cancel a submitted Agreement prior to 20 business days before the specified move in date may be eligible to receive a 90% refund of the fully paid Space Usage Fee. Guests who request to modify their submitted agreement 20 business days prior to their move out date, may be eligible to receive a 90% refund of their resulting positive balance.
